POSTAGE & PACKING

Postage prices for UK and international orders are as follows:-

DELIVERY

Orders are commenced as soon as payment is received. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. You will be notified should there be any delay.

REPLACEMENTS

All orders should arrive in perfect condition, however, should any item become damaged in transit, please return it to us and we will be happy to replace it. Due to the changeable nature of the business, beads do sometimes go out of production or are temporarily out of stock.

Please note Japanese miracle beads can fade under strong sunlight over time.

RIBBONS

We do not accept returns for these items.

QUANTITY DISCOUNT

We offer a 10% discount for orders over £50 and 15% discount for orders over £100. Postage is also free via special delivery. We are not currently VAT registered at this time.

If you choose to place an order then please email us your requirements and we will check stock and prepare an electronic Paypal invoice for you. Orders are shipped within a week but if an item is unusually delayed it will be sent under separate cover and you will be notified.

Shipping

International items are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail and inland items are shipped via royal mail first class.

We reserve the right to use a signed for service for any order if we feel it is appropriate.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. Please request a total if items do not add up correctly.

Payment

Payment may be made by either Paypal, postal order or cheque. Please note that orders paid for by cheque will be sent once the cheque has cleared.

Payment is to be received within 7 days.

Returns

We offer a 100% refund for any item that is returned to us, minus the cost of postage paid as long as it is received within seven days of the date of receipt and in perfect condition.
